Sundrops On Caney Fork
A Mountain / Lake Community
Sundrops on Caney Fork was born in 2007 on Caney Fork Creek in the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina. This is where the Sundog Places' team will introduce its first nano-resort community.
Sundrops is a pedestrian friendly resort - this means that once you have arrived at your mountain home, you can park the car and set the keys down for good. You won't need it to enjoy all the on-site amenities. With beautiful gentle to moderate trails, you can enjoy the atmosphere without strain from severe topography.
The residents of Sundrops can play in the mountain meadows, enjoy boating on Bear Creek Lake (497 acres), walk or ride a bike along the creek-side trails, stroll in the community gardens or orchards, spend the day poolside, fish for Rainbow, Brown and Brook Trout in Caney Fork Creek, or ride a tube down the creek to the Tuckasegee River. In the evenings, relax on your large outdoor porch in front of your own fireplace or mosey down to the pavilion and enjoy the poolside outdoor fire pit.
All this and more is available at Sundrops on Caney Fork.
